I want to invite you all to our first course on nutrition in Ayampe.

Location: Casa Neem, Ayampe (beside Spondylus Lodge)
The idea is to come together, have a good time, learn some interesting aspects about the importance of fiber and the microbiome in our diet, and then make some delicious food with our new knowledge in mind.
